How to Enroll:
- Along with a parent/guardian, have a meeting with your school counselor or principal. You should discuss your academic and/or social
needs and goals as well as the possibility of alternative placement.
- The districts all have different policies regarding alternative placement. You may need to have a meeting with someone else in the
district as your next step. Your principal or counselor will let you know.
- Call Creative Minds to schedule an interview and a tour, 541-344-9712. The interview is for the director to interview you and for you
to interview the director about the school.
- If you are interested in attending you will complete a Creative Minds application.
- Once you have turned in your application, been accepted, and have received a referral from your district you will be given a start date.
